While green food comes to immediate mind, St. Patrick's
Day is traditionally celebrated with classic Irish food,
beer, and whiskey. Below are some authentic Irish dishes
and desserts, all made with fresh whole ingredients.

of puff pastry.
- Irish Potato, Bangers (traditional sausage) and Bacon

- Leek and Gruyere
Irish Beef and Guiness Stew: Simmered 24 hours, and then
baked inside of puff-pastry, deep dish style. Accompanied
