A wedding cake is
a ceremonial icon - a monument to your marriage and your special
day. At Tallant House, our wedding cakes are beautiful to
look at, but they are also a delicious dessert to finish off
the meal for you and your guests. We use only the freshest,
finest ingredients, including in-season fruits, high-end chocolate
from France, Belgium and Switzerland, real nuts and nut pastes,
real butter and eggs, and premium liquors.
As with all of our cakes
and desserts, we use no hydrogenated fats, and no mixes or
pre-made fillings. We use traditional scratch methods for
our cakes, mousses, creams, curds and buttercream.
We listen to you, and work hard at making
the wedding cake of your dreams.
